RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
How to return? Customers need to mail back returns within 20 days of purchase. Returns are at your own risk and we recommend using tracked postage. Returns are at the expense of the customer with the exception of defective goods or if you have received the wrong item.
Condition of the returned item: the items need to be in the original packaging and condition it was sent.
Refunds: we will refund you in full for any returned items which are in the original condition & packaging.
SHIPPING
Processing Times: order processing take maximum of 3-5 days. However, we always endeavor to process earlier than this.
Delivery Options: we currently use both Standard Shipping (7-9 business days), and Express Shipping (2-3 business days). We currently do not ship internationally.
